Order Processing

We process orders on business days, Monday to Friday.

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

During periods of increased order volume, processing times may be longer. If this happens, we will inform you promptly of the expected dispatch date.

Personalized Products

Lady Pinecone® personalized products and sets are prepared individually according to the customer’s requirements.

We begin preparing the order only after the customer has approved the design, configuration or individual specifications.

Due to the individual nature of these orders, processing may take longer than for standard products. We will inform you of the expected lead time before we begin preparing your order.

Shipping Methods

Orders are currently shipped using the delivery options available at checkout.

Available shipping methods and their costs are displayed in your cart and during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and the value of your order.

The applicable shipping cost is displayed before you place your order and forms part of the total order amount.

Delivery

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email together with a tracking number, where available.

Delivery times depend on the selected carrier and are typically 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch.

Receiving Your Order

Please check the condition of your parcel upon delivery.

If the packaging shows signs of damage or you suspect that the contents may have been damaged in transit, we recommend documenting the damage with the carrier and contacting us promptly.

This will help us review your case efficiently and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
